The term long project in Retail Merchandise Planning was about introducing a brand collaboration in which Bombas, an e-commerce sock retailer, was introduced to a well-established brick and mortar store. My group was assigned to introduce Bombas into Brooks Brothers. For this project, I took on the role of group leader and kept the group organized and following a schedule. Also, I was in charge of writing the target customer profile and research, value proposition and Brooks Brothers existing assortment analysis. Additionally, I contributed to the marketing strategy and recommendations and ultimately compiled all the group members' parts to write one cohesive paper and presentation. January-March 2018.
